Sam Gleadhill is the guy you want to know if you are keen to get the most out of your exercise routine. He knows what he is talking about. He is a certified weightlifting and strength and conditioning coach, has completed his Certificate III and IV in fitness and also has a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science degree under his belt.
He is currently completing his PhD in Exercise and Sport Science with CDU and received a first class honours for his research validating new methods of using sport technology to monitor resistance exercise. This means that by using cutting edge technology he can develop methods to create more efficient resistance exercise routines, monitor the safety of these routines, provide accurate feedback, track progress and prevent injury by identifying any risks.
Sam is passionate about sport and wants to continue researching methods that will help people become better, stronger and more efficient when exercising. Through his research, he’s helped a range of clients from toddlers to elite athletes in the areas of strength and conditioning.
